Every piece of media goes through a prep process before we attempt to capture it. This includes any cleaning or reconditioning that will affect the final product. Extensive repairs can be done, but do have an additional charge attached.

From there, we have different audio capture rigs for each type of audio media, and the technician handling your order will make sure that those are properly prepped as well. If you have opted for Gold Transfers, the technician will monitor and adjust all parameters during transfer to get the best possible result.
